Return & Exchange Policy (In Simple Terms)

Thanks so much for supporting OneTeamMVMT! Every item we sell is made to order, which helps keep costs down and allows more of your purchase to go directly toward our mission of supporting and growing synchronized skating.

Because we’re a small nonprofit with limited hands on deck, we’re not able to manage traditional returns or exchanges the way big retailers do. For that reason, most items are final sale. But we still want to take good care of you - here’s how things work:


If Something Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right and cover all costs involved. No stress.


If the Size Doesn’t Work

Since each piece is made just for you, we can’t offer free exchanges.
But if the fit really isn’t right, you’re welcome to:

  • Send the item back to us (shipping paid by you), and

  • Receive store credit once it arrives

  • If you want a different size, you can order it using that credit and pay the shipping for the new item

We encourage checking size charts carefully to avoid the hassle—returns are tough for our tiny team to process, and every bit of saved time means more resources going back into the synchro community.


Before Returning

If an item almost works, we’d love if you could consider gifting, donating, or repurposing it. Returns take a lot of capacity for us, and your creativity helps us focus on delivering programs and supporting skaters.
