Because all of our apparel and merchandise are made to order, our shipping timelines work a little differently than large retail stores. Here’s everything you need to know:
Order Processing Time
All items are produced specifically for your order. Typical production times are 2-7 business days. Production times may be longer during peak seasons or around holidays.
We’ll email you as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number (if available for your shipping method and location). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but once a package is with the carrier, delays due to weather, customs, or service disruptions are out of our control.
If your package seems significantly delayed, feel free to contact us and we’ll help however we can.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can fix it. We will replace defective items at no cost to you.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
