OneTeamMVMT is thrilled to announce an exciting new synchro development camp!

We have partnered with SUN – SURF – SYNCHRO, to bring you this inaugural mid-level synchro clinic, taking place in STUNNING San Diego, California June 9 – 11, 2017. The camp will feature on- and off-ice activities, including sessions with elite level coaching and Olympic experiences for synchro skaters. It will also feature seminars on how to market your team and our sport to attract more funding opportunities for your team. Plus, don’t miss out on some incredible opportunities to soak up some California beach time in our team building activities around surfing, yoga, and so much more…

OneTeamMVMT is a not-for-profit organization that advocates for the sport of synchronized skating. As #OneTeamMVMT, we focus on the bigger picture of moving the sport forward, connected by our passion and desire for Olympic status. The camp will feature sessions and information that encompass all four pillars of success from our mission statement We aim to: UNITE, DEVELOP, PROMOTE, and SUPPORT.

WHEN: June 9-11, 2017 (Friday afternoon – Sunday afternoon)
WHERE: San Diego, CA
WHO: Mid-Level synchro skaters + parents, coaches, managers
HOW MUCH: Early Bird ($199) and regular pricing ($249) is available on the website. Costs are all-inclusive of meals, activities and transportation during the camp. Transportation to San Diego, and accommodation not included, but we are working to secure discounted room rates. Limited spaces are available for skaters to stay with host families of local skaters.
WHY: Because it’s good to learn, challenge, and grow in the off-season!

So, what will the camp be all about?

DEVELOP: The camp will be headed by Crystallettes Senior head coaches, along with guest coaches and previous NEXXICE Senior skaters! These elite level coaches and skaters will ensure that camp-goers receive top-level instruction, learning the latest in synchro thinking and development. Coaches and skaters will also be available for a Q&A session for parents and skaters, so you can ask any questions you might have around technical, mental, physical – or any other topic. Development is a key pillar of success and this one is covered in spades!

UNITE: ALL skaters attending the camp will receive their very own, limited edition OneTeamMVMT shirt! Off-season is a great time to reconnect with the many reasons we love the sport of synchro. This development camp will help to highlight the different ways that teams can work together to achieve our goals of becoming better athletes and better synchro community members. You’ll have a chance to participate in LOTS of fun activities, mingle with other skaters and parents, (including a surfing day at the beach!) and have a chance to bring out the FUN we all love having!

PROMOTE + SUPPORT: Have you ever wondered if there are better ways to promote your team and gain new funding sources? Well, listen up camp goers! We’ll be holding seminars specifically for parents, coaches, and skaters that will teach you how to promote awareness of your team (and synchro as a whole!) We’ll give y

ou actionable advice and documents to take home that will help you bring awareness to your team (and maybe some ideas on how to gain new fundraising dollars, too.) These seminars will teach you how to market your team and how to attract and manage sponsors and donors.

Here’s what you can expect:

• 3-day camp of elite-level synchro instruction, mixed in with sunshine, sandy beaches, surfing and paddle boarding, smiles, and memories to last a lifetime
• Training with world-level synchro coaches and skaters
• A taste of the Olympics with a visit to the official US Olympic Training Site
• Specific sessions tailored to parents, coaches, and managers
